Kris is a former professional footballer who played Kilmarnock, Rangers, Middlesbrough, Nottingham Forest, Portland Timbers and Scotland. He scored 300 goals in the senior game and is the all-time highest goalscorer in the SFL history. Since hanging up his boots in 2019, he now works in the media and is a respected pundit with Sky Sports and columnist with the Scottish Sun. Along with Robert Snodgrass, he is a co-host on The Lockdown Tactics podcast, which interviews top sporting stars with its core focus being on Mental Health. Kris founded his charity in 2018 because those close to him have been affected by Mental Health issues and he wanted to shed more light on the issue and raise awareness.
